Our heat pump offer is available to new customers who purchase a Good Energy heat pump installation for their residential property within a UK serviceable postcode during the offer period, are residents of the UK, and are aged 18 years or over.
Qualifying customers who redeem this offer will receive a one-off discount on their Good Energy heat pump installation sale price, worth the estimated cost of a year’s electricity to heat your home’s hot water. The calculation is based on the MCS methodology shown in your quote under “annual water heating (DHW) to be supplied by the installed renewable technology” and excludes immersion use for legionella. The discount uses the electricity price cap in effect on 1 November 2025 (25.73p/kWh) and is applied directly to your heat pump sale price, not as a monthly reduction on your energy bill. When you buy your solar installation during the offer period, Good Energy will fund the cost of two of your solar panels (worth up to a maximum discount of £500, excluding installation costs).
