When can I claim my smart meter installation reward? Once your meter has been installed, we will notify our reward partners, Lock-In Marketing. Why are you rewarding me for having a smart meter installed? There are many benefits to having a smart meter for both customers and energy suppliers.    For customers, it leads to potential cost savings through the monitoring of your consumption, reduces effort required submitting readings and ensures accurate billing    For Good Energy, we get the benefit of receiving meter readings automatically, allowing us to accurately purchase the right volumes of power, reduces our costs in sending messages for readings and allows us to offer new smart tariffs that benefit our customers. 
How will you be sharing my data with Lock-In Marketing? Your email address will be shared via a secure method to our rewards partner, Lock- In Marketing. I didn’t receive my reward claim email? In the first instance, please check your junk email folder. If not, and you have had your new smart meter installed for over 2 weeks, please email: goodenergy@love-rewardshub.comfor further support.    
What happens if I don’t claim my reward within 30 days of receiving my reward claim email? You have 30 days from the date of our email for you to claim your reward. After this time, your claim will be void.

Where can I find my unique code?   You’ll find this on the email we sent you. You’ll need this to claim your reward, so please get in touch with us at goodenergy@love-rewardshub.com if you have any problems finding it.   
Who do I contact if I am having difficulty claiming my reward?   First, double check to make sure the unique code you’re entering matches up with the code included in our email. It may help to copy and paste it from the email we sent you.  If you do have any problems claiming your reward, we’ll be happy to help – please email goodenergy@love-rewardshub.com, making sure to include your unique code in your email to us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.   
What is the expiry on my National Trust gift card?   National Trust gift cards are valid for 2 years from date of issue.   
  What is the Green Office reward?   You can choose a £250 Green Office voucher with free delivery once a month for 6 months.   
What charities can I donate to?   You can choose to donate £50 to either the Woodland Trust or National Energy Action.     
What does my Bower Collective cleaning product reward include? It is a 6-month batch of ethically sourced cleaning products, consisting of a starter pack kit and refills equivalent to 6 months of stock.   
How long until I receive my reward? All rewards are fulfilled digitally. This means once you’ve chosen your offer using your unique code sent to you and submitted your claim, your reward will be available to you instantly.     If there are any issues, please email goodenergy@love-rewardshub.com, making sure to include your unique code in your email to us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.   
If you choose to make a charity donation, Lock-In Marketing will be notified and will make the donation on your behalf.  
How long will I have to participate in your smart meter reward scheme? This scheme is a limited time offer, we encourage you to participate immediately. Should the scheme end and you have not had your exchange, you will be unable to claim the reward. 
How do I enrol in the incentive?Customers who have a successful smart meter installation during the period the incentive is active will be automatically enrolled, providing they have an email address.
What if I do not have an email address? An email address is required to claim your reward. You can provide a trusted persons email address if they are happy to support you claiming the reward digitally via email.
